Joey Schwartz founded ResultsXL, a Tucson, Arizona website-rebuild platform for local businesses, and has been building it for over 10 years. He has more than 15 years in digital marketing: GoDaddy Advanced Support, YP Digital as a Digital Strategies Expert, owner of GSM Marketing, XL Marketing and Pennington Creative, and Fractional CTO of a $20 million local home-services contractor.
What is ResultsXL?
ResultsXL is a website-rebuild service for local businesses, based in Tucson, Arizona and founded by Joey Schwartz, who has been building the platform for over 10 years. It rebuilds slow or outdated sites — WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy and other builder or agency-managed sites — as statically generated Next.js applications with schema markup on every page, every old URL kept or 301-redirected, and files written for AI search engines. Every rebuild is priced per page, quoted from a free scan, and handed over with a signed Certificate of Ownership that assigns the code, content, repository and domain to the client.
Why Joey built ResultsXL
After more than 15 years helping local businesses market themselves online, Joey kept seeing the same problem: slow, bloated websites on page builders and agency platforms that the owner did not really control. ResultsXL is the platform he has spent over 10 years building to fix that. It scans an existing site, prices the rebuild per page, and rebuilds it as a fast, static Next.js site with schema on every page and every old URL kept or redirected.
Every project ends with a signed Certificate of Ownership that assigns the code, the content, the repository and the domain to the client. The finished site is in the client’s name, not ours.

15+ years in local digital marketing
Joey started with GoDaddy Advanced Support, then moved to YP Digital as a Digital Strategies Expert, building online marketing programs for local businesses. He went on to own and run GSM Marketing, XL Marketing and Pennington Creative, agencies that build websites and marketing for local businesses in Tucson and beyond.
He also serves as Fractional CTO of a $20 million local home-services contractor, which means the platform is shaped by what actually moves leads and revenue for a real service business, not by agency theory.
